Our Sales Team
Michael Keilthy – Branch Manager
I have worked in the industry since 1989 mainly in the city of Brighton and Hove. I have worked for both corporate and independent businesses and have gained great knowledge of our fantastic local area and varied properties types.
What drives me is being a property professional, giving the best advice to all clients, building the best estate agency in the area and providing a first-class service to all customers.
I enjoy spending as much time as possible in the garden and being a massive fan of the Sussex countryside, I love long walks with my wonderful wife and four children.
Ryan Alderson – Sales Negotiator
I had been working in the industry since 2016, prior to joining Stanfords, in lettings and sales both of which have been a great learning experience.
What I love most about the job is that you can change not just one person’s life but so many when you show them the property, the purchaser falls in love with it and hopefully makes their future that much brighter. From the moment you arrange the viewing to the moment you hand over the keys, it is such an exhilarating journey.
In this day and age you see such a variety of properties, ranging from modern contemporary new builds to traditional periodic buildings. I enjoy meeting new buyers and showing them around. You never know what the turn of a key can bring…
Our Lettings Team
Kirsty Stanley – Lettings Manager
I have been working in property management since January 2013, I completed my ARLA qualifications in February 2016 whilst working for a corporate company. I have always wanted to work for an independent company which is why my recent move to join the team at Stanfords was the perfect decision for me.
I feel that working in property management gives you a sense of achievement, which encourages and motivates me to work hard every day.
I like to spend my spare time with my family and friends, I also love travelling to new places and exploring different countries.
Gladys Lovell – Property Manager
I have worked in property management since 2014 and enjoy getting property problems solved quickly and economically. Here at Standords, we pride ourselves on treating customers individually and providing a high quality of customer service.
I specialise in multi-unit Landlords as well as large refurbishment and development projects so Stanfords is the perfect team and client base for me when I joined in early 2017.
During my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym, exploring new destinations around the world and spending time with my family and friends.
Millie Fitzpatrick – Lettings Negotiator
I joined Stanfords in 2015 as a lettings negotiator. I have a family background in property and have wanted to work within the industry from a young age. I enjoy the task of meeting new potential tenants right through to moving them into their new home. I am currently undertaking my NFoPP Awarding Body qualifications.
I love working with the vibrant and diverse team here at Stanfords and in my spare time I enjoy travelling around England and exploring different towns.
Lily Nichols – Lettings Negotiator
After starting off my career within the beauty industry and pursuing it for nearly 8 years, it has been so refreshing to change it up and completely divert my passion for property into a job that I have always wanted to do.
I feel very fortunate to have been given the chance by Stanfords to allow me to do so, and although I only joined the team at the end of April 2017, I have learnt and achieved so much already and I feel extremely privileged to work with such a supportive and driven team that inspire me to work hard every day.
Jessica Allison – Lettings Negotiator
I recently moved to the UK from Vancouver Island, Canada. For the past several years, I have dreamt of living in Brighton and absolutely love this city. I completed my Bachelor of Business in 2016 and have been working in the real estate industry since 2013.
My priority is to help you also find your dream home and have all the support you need while moving through the process. From understanding your needs to viewing properties and finding respectful tenants for your property, I am here to ensure you have a good experience.
I am excited to be a part of the Standfords team and look forward to learning more about this beautiful country. I enjoy living an outgoing and active lifestyle, love to travel and anything animals.

Beth South – Viewings Coordinator
I joined the lettings industry this year as it was always something that had really interested me. I really enjoy the versatility of the job, interacting with potential tenants and landlords. I have always lived in Brighton so I have a great understanding of our beautiful city. I love working for Stanfords as we are all a close knitted team and share the same passion for property. I live with my 5 year old son and we love to explore the city at the weekend.
Frankie Gilford – Property Caretaker
I have been with Stanford’s in 2016. I am a qualified welder and have an extensive knowledge of dealing with various different aspects of property management and building construction.
I pride myself on being reliable, hardworking and always take pride in any task that I carry out.
In my spare time I thoroughly enjoy photography, motor biking, fishing and spending time with my family. I am also a qualified scuba diver.
