Every sale starts with a valuation from our Sales Manager. He will visit your property and provide you with an expert view on how much it is worth. Jonathan will look at a number of factors including the current market and the state of the property. We will never inflate our valuations to win your business – it’s not the Stanfords way.
Marketing your property
When selling your home, you need to be assured that it is being marketed to relevant buyers in the best way. It all starts with professional photography to show your home in the right light.
Your property will then be listed on our own website as well as popular property portals Rightmove, Zoopla and Latest Homes. In addition to this, it will also be featured in Portfolio Magazine, in our prominently based office in Hove, as well as other local advertising such as the Argus.
